~ Laugh, if you will, but... my number one answer: comic books! (Especially when Marv Wolfman's writing them - and it's a special 'especially' when he's writing for the New Teen Titans!)
~ Neal Shusterman is a wonderful, creative, quirky, character-driven, innovative, heartfelt, terribly unappreciated writer who deserves a mention and a half.
~ Birds. Such a cliche answer... but wings. Freedom. Flight. The gentle love of a mother dove and fierce and unbreakable loyalty of a raven's kin... yeah. It's infinitely more true of ravens and doves. <3
~ Then there are... less explainable things. Emotions. Life. The existence of color. The human experience. I think too deeply about these things and there's so much I feel about our world, so much I've experienced and so much I've interpreted, I just have to get it out SOMEhow. <:}
